Bait brought to expedition not consumed instantly

I first encountered this when I dived into a bush with t1 bait and spawned a t3, refreshed the site and put on a t1 bait at another location, forgetting that I brought it to the expedition. When I came back to catching the t3, the bait is gone from mini game. This can be exploited to diving bushes with t3 baits and then when its not a t3, can reuse the bait to use on locations.
