There are 2 obstructions on the map in The Decay Area but there's nothing there to indicate it in the actual area, Makes it confusing.

Never mind. I realize there are other instances of obstacles on map but not showing up any rocks or obstacles on the actual grid

Yes batching was disabled in settings. Does that help explain it?

Correct, turning Batching ON, helps load all assets at once. Let me know if that helps! It actually also increased overall performance for me.
