Synchronizing with the server

Happens multiple times and gets me killed and lose progress. Pretty frustrating if you are playing with low hp and trying to save your heal items. You can't swap out because the synchronizing with the server is in your screen until you defeat the Venari.
Only solution I found was refreshing the game but by that time its either I won or died and lost all my essence.
Please fix
