Unable to start completed quest

After deliver a completed quest, there is an icon for new quest but, after clicking on it, this message appears: "Unable to start complete quest". Even after delivered the other active quest this problem persists

This bug only occurs if the quest available is the same quest that was submitted since the daily quests don't expire at exactly 12:00AM UTC
