Add SPLIT ITEMs instructions in GUIDEBOOK

I was able to figure out you can split items in your inventory by RIGHT CLICKING so that you don't have to bring all your items with you. This would be helpful putting the instructions on how to do so. Since you don't want to lose all of your precious items when exploring if you happened to get defeated.
