Better connect exp to active Venari

I think it would be better for the game or better gameplay if we would have to use the active Venari to some extend to upgrade it. Just thought about leveling a new one and thought about using my lvl 19 meeka to build me a high lvl arctu. Maybe a minimum of self earned battle expirience.
