Set Graphics to "Ultra Low" as standard

Much like what YouTube already does. To keep people from using up all their data (on mobile), but mostly to make the video (and in our case the game) just load faster, it'd be nicer to have the settings be standard on "Ultra Low", and the player can go to their settings and pump it up to "high" if they choose to do so.

The way you have it now, you're going to risk having new players on regular (non-gaming) machines load your game, have the game be laggy, and just quit as they would think that their machines wouldn't be fast enough for the game.
